Caramelized Onion, Leek and Goat Cheese Tart


I was asked to fill in for the Girls' Guide to Paris recipe writer this month. I had such fun coming up with a French delicacy to pair with my friend Renee's wine of the month.  The good news is that you don't need to be in France to make it, but you may need to do a little extra walking to burn off the beaucoup de butter and cream!  Things went so well, that you're looking at (or reading) the new recipe writer for Girls' Guide.  Stay tuned for more French recipes.
