Snapper with Hatch Chile Salsa


I try to eat whatever is in season, which really isn't a problem in bountiful Los Angeles with our access to great fresh fruits and vegetables.  Peach season was one of my favorites, but as I bid it adieu, I'm looking for my next culprit.  Enter the hatch chili.
