Feeling a little overwhelmed and a lot anxious lately? Or maybe you’re not feeling like your vibrant self and like you’ve lost a little bit of you?

Sometimes we’re moving so fast on the “habitrail” of our lives that we don’t even notice the collection of unhealthy habits running in the background. We can no longer hear the loop of negative thoughts, critical self-talk, unhealthy rumination on the past, and projections in the future. Tightness in our chests and bellies starts to feel normal. But none of this is normal. And none of this is how you truly want to live.

If you’d like to breathe more deeply and relax more fully, come to the mountains of Malibu, CA for a 1-day retreat on May 18, 2024.

We’re going to spend time creating space
Space between all the thoughts running through your head.
Space in your body between tired joints and aching muscles.
And space to drop in and reconnect to the quiet that’s always inside of you.

Where?

We’re going to spend the day perched amongst the mountains and trees in beautiful Malibu, CA.

We’ll be walking on sacred land, once occupied by the Chumash. We’ll move with nature, practice yoga in the shadow of the mountains, and we’ll find quiet between the trees and inside ourselves.

This beautiful space is less than an hour from both Los Angeles and Santa Barbara but will make you feel like you’re a world away from your day-to-day hustle.

Why Go On A Retreat?

We don’t often take the time to get quiet and listen to what our bodies are telling us or what it is that we really need in our lives. Spoiler alert, it’s not more endless spinning in our heads or working around the clock for everyone but ourselves.

We’re constantly receiving messages. These messages can sometimes take the shape of fatigue, joint pain, digestive problems, and other health issues.

If we don’t listen to the pings, they will get louder until we’re forced to take notice and make some real-life changes, from a less healthy place.

Here’s what past participants of Kelly’s retreats have said:

I am so grateful to have been a part of Kelly’s last retreat. My sister and I attended together hoping to experience a beautiful day surrounded by nature with the goal of feeling more calm and centered. I am happy to say that the retreat exceeded our expectations! Every detail was perfectly planned from the pace of the day, to the yoga instruction, nature walk, meditation, and a lovely lunch. Kelly is a skilled teacher who accommodates different levels and needs. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to spend a perfect day in the mountains, with a great group of people. Anyone who attends will leave feeling inspired, and with simple ways to incorporate the practice into their busy lives. I can’t wait for the next one!

I can’t recommend a retreat with Kelly enough. Her teaching style is just what the doctor ordered, warm and informative. She knows what you need maybe more than you do. I left the retreat with a deep sense of calm and clarity - and happiness. Whether you’re looking for big breakthroughs or just a lovely day learning cool things in nature, go on retreat with Kelly!

I was attracted to Kelly’s retreat because it was described as a way to reset your mind. Having lots of stress and trauma in my life, that sounded like a brilliant idea! And it was. Once I set foot on the peaceful grounds with a view of the mountains, I started to let go of stress. Then meeting Kelly and the other women, I felt immediately safe and in good company. At the end of it, I was blissfully wrung out, but space was created to process some grief, a new way of thinking, and the potential for new self-care habits. I am lighter in thought, more patient with my challenges, and looking forward to a time that I can do it all over again.
