How To Stock A Clean Eating Pantry

You can see the major staples that make up a Clean Eating Pantry below.

This is a good starting place if you're trying to remove processed foods from your diet and eat gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.

Having good food in your house is a great first step in keeping your body healthy.

You're less likely to eat junk food if it's not in your pantry and easily accessible.

You can make most of the recipes on Tasting Page with these ingredients.

So stock up and dig in!

I have found over the years, grains and beans irritate my stomach, as well as many of the clients I work with.

We lose digestive enzymes as we get older so it can be harder to break down food, especially tougher ingredients like grains and beans.

When you can’t break things down, you mind for yourself bloated and less than energized after eating.

You also may be left with weight gain and nutrition deficiencies since you’re unable to absorb the ingredients you’re eating.

So I’ve updated my pantry list to remove some of these more difficult to process ingredients and you can find my most up-to-date staples right here.

I have many of my favorite products right on Amazon. It’s a convenient storefront with a lot of my go-to items.

It doesn't get much easier than stocking your clean eating pantry from the comfort of your own home!
