My gluten free wrap of choice is the NuCo coconut wrap, but I've also wrapped these in lettuce leaves and that works really well too.

Turkey Tzatziki Wrap {Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free}

Makes 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cooked turkey or chicken, shredded or cubed

  • 1 cup of vegan tzatziki (recipe here)

  • 4 coconut wraps (I like these) or 4 large lettuce leaves

  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and diced

  • Optional toppings: tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped lettuce

Instructions

  1. Set your coconut wraps or lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Arrange 1/4 cup of the turkey or chicken down the middle of each and top with tzatziki, olives and any other optional condiments. Roll and enjoy!
