Paleo Smoothies and Drinks

One of the easiest healthy eggless breakfast recipes is the ol’ smoothie. A good Paleo breakfast smoothie is going to have more greens than fruit. Too much sugar, even if it’s healthy sugar from fruit, can crash your system.

Whole30 doesn’t tend to like smoothies because of all the fruit and the fact that you’re drinking, instead of eating your nutrients. Eating fiber-rich foods with your smoothie will help balance your sugar levels and get your digestive juices flowing.

Paleo peeps are a little more relaxed about their smoothies. I drink a decent amount of smoothies since they’re a convenient healthy breakfast, and a great way to pack in a lot of good-for-you greens first thing in the morning.
